N.B. For security reasons we are unable to send flammable materials. e.g. dope, paints, lipos etc abroad.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or courier, depending on the weight & size of the parcel.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

As of April 2013 Royal Mail changed their parcel sizing which means that we can now no longer send orders over 600mm (23.5") by Royal Mail. These orders will now be sent by courier.

Customers ordering in the E.U. have the right to cancel their order within 14 days following the day of receiving their order.
If goods from the order are delivered on different days, then the customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days following the day on which the last goods from the order were delivered. This is known as the cooling-off period. You must notify us in writing (either by e-mail, fax or post) within these 14 days if you wish to cancel your order.

You must take care of the goods and return them to us within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way.) It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If the returned item is in a condition which does not enable us to resell as new, we reserve the right to make a charge from any refund to cover this cost.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days.

We recommend goods are returned by an insured service.

Goods must be returned in a resellable condition.
