Goods returned which have been ordered in error will occur a 10% handling charge.

Customers ordering mail order within the E.U. have the right to cancel their order within 14 days following the day of receiving the order. If goods from the order are delivered on different days, then the customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days following the day on which the last goods from the order are delivered. This is known as the cooling-off period. You must notify us in writing (either by post, fax or e-mail) within these 14 days if you wish to cancel your order.
Please notify us that you are cancelling your order under the distance selling regulations.
You must take good care of the goods and return them to us within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If the returned item is in a condition which does not enable us to resell as new, we reserve the right to make a charge from any refund to cover this cost.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days.
We recommend goods are returned by an insured service.
Goods must be returned in a resellable condition.
 

Our checkout is secure with 256 bit encryption for security and peace of mind when ordering.
Credit/debit card numbers are not received by us, we use SagePay & PayPal for secure payment.

Pending: This is an automated response confirming that we have received your order. Your order has not yet been collected or processed.
Processing: Your order is in the process of being collected ready for despatch. If the postage and packing rate is different from the rate you have selected, the correct rate will be shown here.
Despatched: Your order has been posted and it's on it's way to you!

a) HOW TO PAY

Blackburn Model Supplies Ltd are pleased to accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and American Express.
Payment can be made with cards through SagePay or PayPal or with a PayPal account

Our site uses 3D secure authentication as an additional fraud prevention scheme.

b) CURRENCY

All our sales are in £ Sterling. The actual cost to you will be the £ Sterling charged to your credit/debit card converted to your local currency by your card provider on the day that your account is charged.

 

c) POSTAGE AND PACKING

Postage and Packing Charges
 

Postage and Packing is charged according to what items are in the order.
Overseas orders, please select the International Postage option and we will get back to you with a quote.

Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
All goods require a signature on delivery. If you will be unable to take receipt of your goods, please provide us with an alternative delivery address, as a re-delivery fee may be incurred.

As of April 2013 Royal Mail changed their parcel sizing which means that we can now no longer send orders over 600mm (23.5") by Royal Mail. These orders will now be sent by courier.

e) MANUFACTURE GUARANTEE

Our sole priority is for you to be delighted with the service from Blackburn Model Supplies Ltd. However, if your order is either incorrect or arrives damaged we will replace it OR give you a refund. However, we cannot always guarantee an identical replacement of your order, in these circumstances, we will send you an equivalent value item of YOUR CHOICE or give you a refund.

We have made every effort to accurately present our products. However, because what you see on the web site will depend on a number of factors (e.g. your monitor) there may be a slight variation from what you see displayed.

We have tried wherever possible to show measurements in both metric and imperial (and on some occasion these have been rounded up or down for convenience, as such please read all measurements as approximate). Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is correct we cannot guarantee there are no inaccuracies. We will endeavour to correct anything brought to our attention.

Every effort is made to ensure that the description and prices we advertise are correct. On rare occasions descriptions or advertised prices can be incorrect. This is never intentional. The most common cause of this is a supplier changing their prices or specification and is beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will contact you to make sure it is ok to proceed with the order at the new price.
