Due to escalating bank charges we regret a surcharge of 50p where the amount of your order is less than £5.00, excluding postage and packing.
Goods returned which have been ordered in error will occur a 10% handling charge.
Customers ordering mail order within the E.U. have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days following the day of receiving the order. This is known as the cooling-off period. You must notify us in writing (either by post, fax or e-mail) within these 7 days if you wish to cancel your order.
You must take good of the goods and return them to us within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend goods are returned by an insured service.
Goods must be returned in a resellable condition.

a) HOW TO PAY

Blackburn Model Supplies Ltd are pleased to accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo & American Express.
Sorry, we are unable to take cards that start with 4508 or 4844 as these cards are wipe only cards, and as we process the order on a PDQ machine we can not take these cards.

b) CURRENCY

All our sales are in £ Sterling. The actual cost to you will be the £ Sterling charged to your credit/debit card converted to your local currency by your card provider on the day that your account is charged.

c) POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage & Packing Charges

Postage & Packing is charged according to what items are in the order. Before you submit your order, please select the correct postage and packing rate. If you are unsure choose the minimum rate & you will be notified after collection & the weighing of your parcel.
Overseas orders, please select the International Postage option & we will get back to you with a quote.

Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by ParcelForce 48 hour, depending on the size & weight of the parcel.
All goods require a signature on delivery. If you will be unable to take receipt of your goods, please provide us with an alternative delivery address, as a re-delivery fee may be incurred.

d) TAX

For UK and all other European Union customers the price includes U.K. sales tax (i.e. Value Added Tax). Orders to customers in other countries are posted tax free & so the recipient is responsible for all duties, sales tax & other local charges. V.A.T. can only be deducted to other E.U. destinations on production of a valid V.A.T. number.

e) MANUFACTURE GUARANTEE

Our sole priority is for you to be delighted with the service from Blackburn Model Supplies Ltd. However, if your order is either incorrect or arrives damaged we will replace it OR give you a refund. However, we cannot always guarantee an identical replacement of your order, in these circumstances, we will send you an equivalent value item of YOUR CHOICE or give you a refund.

We have made every effort to accurately present our products. However, because what you see on the web site will depend on a number of factors (e.g. your monitor) there may be a slight variation from what you see displayed.

We have tried wherever possible to show measurements in both metric and imperial (and on some occasion these have been rounded up or down for convenience, as such please read all measurements as approximate). Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is correct we cannot guarantee there are no inaccuracies. We will endeavour to correct anything brought to our attention.

Every effort is made to ensure that the description and prices we advertise are correct. On rare occasions descriptions or advertised prices can be incorrect. This is never intentional.
